南瓜湯Pumpkin Soup
Start Cooking by 25g Butter on the pan, then add one chopped Onion, fry it until onion getting soft.
Add the 600ml of chicken stock and chopped pumpkin, and cook until tender, it may take around 30 mins.
Wait until it get cold, put everything into the mixer and blend everything and put it back to the pot.
Now, put 300ml of hot milk into the pot and mix it together.

Turn on the fire and heat gently with some salt and pepper to seasoning the soup. It is an option to put some cream and parsley on the soup which make it taste richer!!
